International Delivery:

Yes, I ship worldwide!

If your country is not currently in this list, Please email at tanayasart@gmail.com. I would be happy to arrange shipment to your country.


Shipping Fees:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping information entered by the customer.


Customs/import Fees:

Customers are responsible for any customs/import fees. Please note that customs fees are not included in shipping costs and are calculated by local customs based on regulations in the final delivery destination at the time of delivery. I have no control over final customs fees and unfortunately do not have the ability to calculate them at the time of purchase.

If customs fees are not paid according to the timelines set in place by local customs authorities packages are automatically returned to me or abandoned. Should customers choose not to pay or fail to pay customs fees and have the items returned to sender any refunds will be deducted the cost of any return shipping fees incurred to me as the sender and initial shipping fees are not eligible for refunds.


Combined Shipping:

I try to combine shipping on multiple items purchased in separate orders that are shipping to the same delivery destination.

Please note that costs are calculated for the item in the order and typically combining the orders into a larger package for multiple items does not result in a lower shipping cost for international shipments. Please also note that some items are best shipped alone to ensure a safe delivery and due to limited size of NZ post shipping bags which I use to put the boxes.

Note: Shipping is automatically calculated based on the total weight of combined parcel. 


Shipping Carrier:

All packages are sent via NZ Post with tracking numbers.


Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with tracking details.

Note: All shipped items are handmade and carefully packed for safe international delivery.


Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.


Broken/Damaged Items:

I take the utmost care when I package your items and breakages are very rare, however, some shipping circumstances are beyond my control. Should you have any issues with your package please contact me within 10 days of your package delivery so I can make it right. Please note I cannot be responsible for damages that are not reported to me within 10 days of delivery.

To expedite the process, I recommend recording a video while unboxing, which helps resolve issues with the courier company swiftly.


Lost Shipments:

All shipments will receive tracking numbers and all tracking information is e-mailed to the customer at the time of packaging. Lost shipments are rare but should you have any issues with the delivery of your package please contact me so I can assist in locating your parcel.


Delayed Packages:

All orders are shipped with tracking. If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed: Please contact tanayasrt@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. I’ll help initiate a postal inquiry. but I am not responsible for lost items due to postal errors or customs delays.

Note: Refunds or reshipments will be considered on a case-by-case basis.


Return & Refunds Policy:

All sales are final. As each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Slight variations in glaze, colour, pinholes, or surface texture are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at tanayasart@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will offer a refund or replacement depending on the situation.

How to initiate a claim:

Email tanayasart@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
Include photos (or a video) of the damaged item and packaging — we recommend recording your unboxing as this helps resolve courier disputes quickly.
If your claim is accepted, we will confirm next steps and process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at tanayasart@gmail.com.
