Returns & Refunds Policy
All sales are final. As each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Slight variations in glaze, color, pinholes, or surface texture are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at tanayasart@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will offer a refund or replacement depending on the situation.
How to initiate a claim:
- Email tanayasart@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
- Include photos (or a video) of the damaged item and packaging — we recommend recording your unboxing as this helps resolve courier disputes quickly.
- If your claim is accepted, we will confirm next steps and process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at tanayasart@gmail.com.
